Breakthrough Urban Ministries is a Chicago-based organization that provides a variety of services for those in need. The Family Plex will serve as an educational community center for the Garfield Park neighborhood. The facility will include a licensed day-care, a library, a computer lab, and several classrooms for after-school programs. The facility will also include a health clinic, a gymnasium and a community gathering space.
