Crystal Towers

The Crystal Towers Mixed-Use Development project sits on Kurortni Street which is the main thoroughfare running north-south through the city parallel to the east coast of the Black Sea. The project will provide 225,000 square meters (2,425,000 sf) of new construction on two sites totaling 1.75 hectares (4.3 acres).

The six story stone bases will house approximately 27,700 m2 of retail space and 23,000 m2 of commercial office space which will be connected at levels 2 and 3 across Mandarinovaya Street. The 950 residential units in three 24 story towers will have views to the sea located approximately 500 meters to the west. Underground parking will be provided for approximately 1,000 automobiles.
