For the design of this beachfront residential / mixed-use tower on the shores of the Black Sea, Built Form created a building form that draws from the excitement of living on the seafront boardwalk. The residential tower is a dynamic form sitting landside of the beachfront strip. The base of the building, which extends from the tower location across the local boulevard and onto the existing beach, will include active retail and entertainment uses. The design calls for a transformation of the beachfront into an entertainment venue that fits with the direction of the city of Sochi.
