Skyscape is a 28 story condominium tower in the historic Elliot Park neighborhood of downtown Minneapolis. The mixed-use development contains 252 residential units along with 12,000 sf of street level retail space. In order to maintain the appropriate neighborhood scale and context, a parking garage for 325 vehicles is discreetly wrapped by brick and stone condominium units on the first four levels of the building. The tower is clad in locally colored precast concrete with punched openings and floor to ceiling glass, relating the building to its larger context.
