Promotional Box

In an effort to promote the 119 Parrish Street development in Durham, North Carolina, Built Form designed, fabricated, and distributed three- dimensional marketing brochures to prospective tenants. These brochures highlighted the various perks of urban living, the site’s proximity to multiple recreational and cultural ammenities, and the features and benefits of a “green” mixed-used office development in the heart of downtown Durham. Situated in the center of the geometric brochure and shown within the context of the city was a 1:50 massing model of the project.
