Matsesta Resort Development

The Matsesta Resort Development will consist of approximately 25 new buildings of varying use and scale along with extensive landscaping that will make up a full-service resort. The existing site slopes steeply from the mountains to the Black Sea and currently encompasses an existing historic building originally providing spa facilities for Soviet Prime Minister Joseph Stalin.

A total of approximately 1,200 residential units will be provided as both tower residences and mid/low-rise flats. Extensive amenity services including sports centers, events facilities, retail spaces, a kindergarten, numerous restaurants as well as parking and service structures will provide a complete resort. The 14,000 m² existing building will be renovated into a new high-end hotel and spa.
