Breakthrough Urban Ministries is a faith based, non-profit, organization dedicated to providing services to the East Garfield Park Neighborhood. The “Family Plex” is a 42,000 sf, LEED certified, community center organized around an open community café. The building includes 8 classrooms, a gymnasium, a licensed daycare, and a health clinic.
