SNHU Langer Place Parking Garage Location: Size: Status: Statement: Langer Place, Manchester, NH Building: 505, 681 GSF / 1650 Parking Spaces Number of Stories: 6 Complete in 2019 This precast parking structure provides needed parking supply for the Southern New Hampshire University administrative buildings. Set among historic mill buildings, the design blends into its masonry context while presenting a contemporary face to the riverfront. The dual expression allows the garage to read as both a respectful neighbor and a modern piece of campus infrastructure.

Moss St Townhomes Location: Size: Status: Statement: 205 Moss Street West, Wilson, NC 27893 37,448 GSF Pending Construction Moss St Townhomes brings for-sale housing to the Broad-Kenan Historic District of downtown Wilson, North Carolina. The design draws on the scale, materials, and rhythm of the surrounding historic fabric while delivering a contemporary ownership product. The project adds owner-occupied units to a district where most new housing has been rental.

Colburn Lofts Location: Size: Status: Statement: 5 Abbott Court Drive Derry, NH 03038 113,619 GSF, 312 cars, 116 Units, 5 stories Under construction Colburn Lofts is a multifamily building that wraps a public parking garage in Derry, New Hampshire, concealing the structure behind active residential frontage. The site sits along the rail trail greenway system, connecting residents directly to the regional trail network. The wrap typology allows the town to add needed public parking without sacrificing streetscape quality.

Centro @ Pine-Nash Multi-Family Location: Size: Status: Statement: 100 Pine St W, Wilson, NC 227,294 GSF / 240 Units Number of stories: 5 Complete in 2024 Centro @ Pine-Nash is a transformative mixed-use project in downtown Wilson, North Carolina, conceived as part of a larger master plan authored by Built Form. The design responds to the surrounding district while establishing a new density and scale for the area. It serves as an anchor for the broader downtown vision it was drawn from.

Hay Street Location: Size: Status: Statement: 500 Hay St, Fayetteville, NC Building: 388,425 GSF / 212 Units + 482 Parking Number of Stories: 12 Under Construction A public-private partnership in downtown Fayetteville, North Carolina, Hay Street delivers residential density and structured parking supply directly adjacent to the city's new ballpark. The project pairs private investment with public parking needs, allowing both to be met on a single constrained downtown site. Its position beside the ballpark makes it a key piece of the district's ongoing revitalization.
